| From Edenfire.com Newsroom Incidents Truck 24 was dispatched to assist Station 3-13(West Earl) on a vehicle accident involving a Tractor-Trailer. While enroute County Communications advised of a single tractor-trailer hanging from the bridge abuttment.
Units arrived and began patient care of the driver who had self-extricated himself. In addition, the truck evaluated the vehicle for immediate hazards.
The trailers "landing gear" was the only thing that prevented the entire vehicle from falling below the bridge. Truck 24 remained onscene for approximately two hours while penn-dot and local towing agencies removed the vehicle.
