The firefighters of the month for November and December have been announced. They are Kirk Evans and Brett Hamm.
Since becoming a Live-In several months ago, Kirk Evans has quickly become a valuable asset to our program. He has been hard at work getting qualified to drive all of the apparatus as well as taking care of monthly equipment checks. He has not only worked on improving his own skills, but also is a great source of information for less experienced members in the company.
Although our Duty Crew has a minimum set of qualifications to retain membership. There are those who consistently put in extra effort. Brett Hamm is one of those firefighters, putting in well over his minimum number of hours as well as providing the station with much needing daytime staffing. He is also willing to jump in on whatever project may be happening around the station.
Congratulations Kirk and Brett on a great job and keep up the good work!
