Congratulations to Sgt. Ryan Spangler on his recent promotion to Staff Sergeant with the Air Force. Following his time as a Senior Airman, Sgt. Spangler completed a series of training programs including multiple Driver/Operator certifications, Telecommunicator certifications, HAZMAT Technician and several others.
