Yesterday afternoon, Engine 241 and Engine 3131(West Earl) were dispatched to Route 222N at Hunsecker Rd for a reported vehicle fire. County 911 reported several calls for an RV on fire. Chief 29 arrived onscene shortly after dispatch confirming a fully-involved RV.
Engine 241 arrived onscene and began suppression efforts. Engine 3131 was second arriving and deployed an additional hose line to the vehicle.
Engine 2113(So. Manheim Twp) and Tanker 27(Neffsville) were added to the call. 211 assisted with overhaul and Tanker 27 supplied additional water to Engine 241. Units operated onscene for about an hour.
