Eden Volunteers Handle Several Calls

The day started early as Truck 24 responded for the rescue company to assist Station 410(Witmer). Units were dispatched to the intersection of Horseshoe Rd and Willow Rd for a vehicle accident reported with entrapment.

Engine 410-1 arrived onscene with a pick-up into a bus with two patients, not trapped. Truck 24 arrived and assisted with patient care and packaging.


Thirty minutes later, Truck 24 and EMS responded to Route 30E at New Holland Pike exit for a single vehicle accident. Crews handled hazard control and assisted with patient packaging.

The remainder of the day concluded with a reported vehicle fire on Route 222 and three medical assists.
