Just before 1700 Hours today, crews recieved a walk-in report of a vehicle accident with injuries just behind the firehouse. Truck 24 arrived on scene at Eden Rd and Linden Ave with a two vehicle accident. The truck relayed the crash to communications and confirmed one patient confined in the vehicle.

The crew stabilized the vehicle and began patient care. The front of the patients door was damaged confining them in the vehicle. Due to injuries, crews performed a "two door swing" to allow for proper extrication of the patient.

The truck performed the extrication and assisted with patient removal and packaging upon arrival of the EMS unit.
